Robben Island Garrison Church
an early example of Cape Gothic styleThe Anglican Church is an early example of Cape Gothic style. The church was built with convict labour in 1841 and is a national heritage site.
Captain Richard Wolfe was responsible for bulding this church. He took command of the prison in 1833.
